This hotel was amazing! From the first moment you walk into the hotel- the staff great you with hot towels and are so amazing! The rooms are so nice. Beds are a little firm but rooms are a great size. The favorite part of the experience was Vas. Best doorman in London!! Very friendly and personable. Would stay here again just for him!

The restaurant was excellent for both our evening meal and breakfast, however although the service was good I disliked the 15% service fee applied. Although the norm for the US, it is certainly not

"Parking was very good outside our room front door. Cooked breakfast was hot with a choice of cereals,etc from the buffet. Lovely clean bed and hot water in shower. All the staff were polite and we would definately use The Crown again."
